Slow Down: MOST people use gravity instead of their muscles when they workout. They use momentum instead of making their muscles work harder, and therefore, missing out on better results. A simple way to elevate your training is to slow down your reps. A great way to practice this is to count to 3 as you lower the weight and count to 3 as you raise the weight. Notice how it makes your muscles feel. Lifting intentionally is a lot like living intentionally: Better results happen automatically!
