I haven't read this entire book in all honesty, however, the part I have read I thoroughly enjoyed and extracted practical concepts I use and teach my clients for every day life.
Hanging Abs & Planks
It's important to note that you cannot spot reduce body fat. Getting lean takes time and happens in a caloric deficit. The last place you lose body fat tends to be around the waistline and stomach area.
That said, you want to have a strong core and be able to see that core as well. The best two types of ab exercises (in my opinion) are hanging abs and planks.
Hanging Ab ideas:
Knee to Chests (8-20 reps)
Leg Raises (6-14 reps)
Flutter Kicks (:10-:20 on)
Planks (2 min no rest)
High Plank (:30)
Plank Jacks (:30)
Front Plank (:30)
Shoulder Taps (:30)

Patience is a warrior. When you are able to say no to empty forms of instant gratification, you are more powerful than a warrior. Slow to anger and slow to distraction..
Self-control is a weapon - nonviolent weapon, of course. When you can control yourself and build your discipline, you are training to become a weapon for good. A good way to practice self control is by aligning your actions with your words / priorities. No matter how imperfect or on what level, if you do what you say you will, you flex your self control muscle and it grows over time. Finding small wins like bed making, cold showers, 2 minute habits, daily walks etc.
Ask for more patience and self control in your life today, then be willing to be apart of that prayer becoming a reality for you.
